Privacy Rights

Request access, correction, export, or erasure of your personal data.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or erase the personal data we hold about you. You don’t need special permissions — anyone can submit a request, including people without an account.

How to submit a request

There are two ways to send a privacy rights request.

Signed in: Open Settings → Data → Privacy Rights, choose a request type, add any optional details, and submit. Because you’re signed in, we already know who you are, so we can start work without a separate identity check. Your past requests and their status appear in the same place.

Not signed in: Go to the public privacy rights form and enter your email, the type of request, optional company or workspace name, and any helpful details. We’ll verify your identity before acting on sensitive requests.

Marketing site: If you arrived from aidrivensdlc.com and the privacy link still opens an email client, use the app link above directly until our public site CTA is updated (issue #608).

After you submit, you’ll see a reference code (for example, PR-2026-00042). Keep it for any follow-up. We also email a confirmation to the address you provided.

Request types

  • Access my data — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Export / data portability — your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Correct my data — fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Restrict processing — limit how we process your data.
  • Object to processing — object to specific uses of your data.
  • Erase my data — delete your personal data.

How long it takes

We respond to privacy requests within 30 days. For sensitive requests, we verify your identity first — for a public request we may email you to confirm, and for a signed-in request your login already confirms it.

Privacy request vs. deleting your account

These are different tools:

  • Delete my account (Settings → Data → Delete Account) is immediate and self-service. It removes your account and every workspace you own. Use it when you simply want to close your account right away.
  • Erasure request (this page) is handled by our privacy team. Use it for more complex cases — for example, when your data spans multiple workspaces you don’t own, or when you’re not the account owner but want your information removed.

If you only want to close your own account, deleting the account is the fastest path. See Settings → Data for details.

Workspace admins removing a leaver’s insights data: use Settings → Data → Erase a person’s insights data for the active workspace. That is an immediate admin action on org-chart / insights data, not a privacy-rights ticket.

Settings → Export personal data (not a full DSAR export)

The Export personal data button under Settings → Data downloads a lightweight JSON snapshot of your workspace onboarding settings. It is not the same as an access or portability request. For a complete copy of personal data we hold about you across workspaces, submit an Access or Export / data portability request above (or use the public form if you are not signed in).
