What the Leadership Dashboard shows
The Leadership Dashboard is designed for VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and other senior leaders who need a high-level view of the entire engineering organization, not just one team. It surfaces the signals that matter most at the portfolio level.
Dashboard sections
Journey Progress
A summary of where your organization stands across the three AI Journey phases, how much of onboarding is complete, how many repositories have been scanned, and overall readiness health.
Readiness Aggregate
An organization-wide readiness summary showing:
- Average readiness score across all scanned repositories.
- Dimension breakdown: which of the nine dimensions are strongest and which need the most attention across the portfolio.
- Repository health distribution: how many repos fall into each band (Excellent / Good / Fair / Needs attention).
Delivery Metrics (8-week rollup)
Key engineering delivery signals aggregated across all teams:
- PR throughput: merge volume trends.
- Change failure rate: the share of deployments that resulted in an incident or rollback.
- Deployment frequency: how often the organization ships.
- Cycle time: median time from first commit to production.
AI Tool Adoption
If Cursor or other AI tools are connected, this section shows:
- Seat utilization: how many licensed seats are actively being used.
- Daily active users: adoption rate trend over the past 8 weeks.
- Usage by team: where adoption is highest and where it may need encouragement.
Code Quality (if SonarQube is connected)
- Test coverage trend across the portfolio.
- Escaped bugs: defects that made it to production.
- Technical debt indicators.
Incident Health (if PagerDuty or Jira incidents are connected)
- Incident frequency: how many production incidents occurred in the period.
- Mean time to recovery (MTTR): how quickly incidents are resolved.
Customizing the view
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to scope the data:
- Time range: select the rolling window (default: 8 weeks).
- Team: filter by a specific team or business unit (requires org chart).
