What’s here
Insights is where numbers live after onboarding: PR throughput, review habits, portfolio health, and (if you connected them) Cursor or Claude usage. Two main screens:
Productivity Insights
Team-level delivery and contribution patterns. Built for eng managers.
Leadership Dashboard
Roll-ups across repos and teams: readiness health, CI, AI adoption at a glance.
Where the data comes from
GitHub is enough to get started: PRs, reviews, merge cadence. Add Cursor or Claude for AI usage charts. Personio, ZenHR, or an org chart CSV improve team grouping.
Jira, PagerDuty, SonarQube, and others appear in the tech stack catalog but aren’t connectable in the current release; don’t wait on them for basic views.
Freshness
Most charts default to an 8-week window (you can widen it). New GitHub activity usually lands within a few hours. AI tool connectors may refresh less often, check the integration page for the tool you use.
Who sees what
Any workspace member with access can open Insights. Productivity views skew toward line managers; the leadership dashboard is the VP/CTO-style portfolio page.
