Team-level delivery and contribution patterns, including Merged PRs and Ship Weight. Built for eng managers.

Roll-up health score, top actions, and module snapshots across DORA, CI, collaboration, security, governance, and operations.
Leadership Dashboard
Roll-ups across repos and teams: readiness health, CI, AI adoption at a glance.
AI Usage & Spend
AI tool spend and usage by user, team, and model. Provider and feature support matrix.
Where the data comes from
GitHub is enough to get started: PRs, reviews, merge cadence. Add Cursor or Claude for AI usage charts. Personio, ZenHR, or Zelt (or an org chart CSV) improve team grouping.
SonarQube and incident tools (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, GoAlert — see Incident management) connect today for quality and DORA MTTR. Other catalog tiles may still show Coming soon.
Freshness
Most charts default to an 8-week window (you can widen it). Dashboards refresh automatically about every five minutes while the tab is open; switching away pauses updates until you return.
New GitHub activity usually lands within a few hours. AI tool connectors may refresh less often — check the integration page for the tool you use.
Who sees what
Any workspace member with access can open Insights. Productivity views skew toward line managers; the leadership dashboard is the VP/CTO-style portfolio page.
