Monitoring integrations
Incidents and deploy signals for Quality and DORA recovery metrics.
What this category covers
Monitoring connectors pull production incidents, alerts, and deployment markers so Quality and DORA views (including MTTR) stay current. Each connector is read-only and syncs on a schedule. You can also use Sync now.
Connect under Settings → Integrations. You can connect more than one monitoring source.
Supported connectors
New Relic
Alert issues and deployment markers.
Prometheus
Alertmanager firing alerts for Quality and MTTR.
Grafana
Unified Alerting and deploy annotations.
Datadog
Incidents and tagged deploy events.
PagerDuty
Incidents for MTTR and recovery metrics.
Incident management
PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or GoAlert API-key sources.
After you connect
- Test connection, then Save.
- Wait for the first sync (or click Sync now).
- Confirm incidents show up in SDLC / Quality views.
- On Data coverage, Sync now re-pulls the recent lookback window. It is not a rebuild of a single historical gap beyond that window.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | What to try |
|---|---|
| Connect fails or 401 / 403 | Rotate the API key or token and confirm the role can read incidents/alerts. |
| Connected but no events | Check the provider’s date window and that alerts/incidents exist in that range. Confirm network allowlists if the docs call them out. |
| Stale or failed on Data coverage | Fix auth on the provider page above, then Sync now from Data coverage or Integrations. |
Provider-specific setup and permissions live on the connector pages linked above.
