Account

Settings

Account, workspace, integrations, and setup checklist.

Open Settings from the sidebar.

Account

Profile: Your name and email are shown here. Both are set at signup and are read-only in Settings today; contact support if you need to correct them.

Password: Only for email/password accounts (not Google SSO).

Sign out: Use the account menu in the sidebar to end your session.

Team

Members: Who has access to the current workspace. Admins can invite or remove people. Members visible here are scoped to the active workspace.

Invites: When an admin invites someone by email, that person receives a link to accept or decline. They are not a workspace member until they accept. Pending invites appear in the Members list for admins. The invitee must sign in (or create an account) with the same email the invite was sent to.

Data

Export personal data: Downloads a lightweight JSON snapshot of your active workspace configuration (onboarding progress and similar settings). This is not a full DSAR/portability bundle. For a complete copy of personal data held about you, submit a Privacy Rights request (access or portability).

Delete account: Immediate and irreversible removal of your account. This deletes every workspace you own — including any that are in the 30-day soft-delete restore window — plus their readiness reports, metrics history, team configuration, and integrations. Workspaces you only belong to (as a member) are not deleted, but your membership is removed. Type your email to confirm; you are signed out as soon as it completes.

Privacy rights: Submit an access, correction, export, or erasure request for your personal data. For most cases where you just want to close your account, use Delete account above. See Privacy Rights for the difference and how requests are handled.

Erase a person’s insights data (workspace admins): Open Settings → Data, enter the person’s work email, and confirm. This permanently removes their person-linked insights data from the active workspace — org chart entry, AI usage, absences, and dashboard metrics — and anonymizes readiness history that mentioned them. The person must already be in the workspace org chart. Editors and viewers do not see this control. This is not the same as deleting someone’s platform account or submitting a privacy-rights request for yourself.

Repository eligibility (workspace admins): Settings → Data shows the platform defaults and any workspace tightenings (max repositories, max repo size, archived/fork rules). Repositories that fail these gates are marked ineligible and skipped for sync and readiness analysis. Saving overrides refreshes limits across GitHub connect, Agentic Foundation scope, and the readiness dashboard.

Workspace-level delete (removing a single workspace while keeping your account) lives on the workspace profile page, not under Settings.

Integrations

Status of every connector. Connect, reconnect, or remove from here. Setup details live under Integrations.

Workspace settings (menu)

Open the workspace menu in the top bar, then {workspace} settings, for workspace-scoped configuration such as:

  • Company profile
  • Integrations
  • Absences (when available)
  • Agentic Foundation (repo scope and related controls)
  • Productivity Insights — optional weekly per-engineer targets for Merged PRs, Ship Weight, and CI Failures (workspace admins can save; editors/viewers can view). See Productivity Insights.
  • Activities

Platform progress

Checklist of the three onboarding steps: profile, capabilities, integrations. All three must be complete for Agentic Foundation and Insights to stay available.

You can reopen any onboarding step from the sidebar to change answers; progress updates immediately.

Notifications

Scan alerts and threshold warnings aren’t configurable yet, coming in a later release.

Preferences

Open Settings → Preferences to customize how the app looks.

Theme: Light, dark, or follow your system setting.

Timezone: Controls how timestamps are displayed across the platform.

Email notifications: Toggle which notification types you receive (when email delivery is enabled for your workspace).
