Onboarding
Two steps before Agentic Foundation and Insights become available.
Onboarding is the short setup path: name your workspace, then connect what the product needs to scan and measure. Only those two steps sit on the critical path.
The two steps

Steps are sequential the first time through. You can reopen either completed step from the sidebar later; progress saves as you go.
Time to first scan (v1 target): if you can install the GitHub App, plan on about 15 minutes from signup to first scan started (finish the two steps, open Agentic Foundation, start a scan). A typical scan then finishes in 5–15 minutes; huge monorepos can take longer.
Optional (not on the critical path)
- Platform capabilities: background on product areas. The app no longer requires a separate capabilities step before integrations.
- HR org chart and AI Insights connectors: useful for team filters and AI Usage, but they do not block Agentic Foundation or delivery Insights.
After onboarding
- Agentic Foundation: pick repos and run scans.
- Insights: charts for delivery and (if connected) AI usage.
- AI Journey: combined progress view.
